A Unique and Proven Horse Race betting System
This is a new system, will provide you with the information
to look at horse racing from a different angle.
That is,
from the Jockeys' records
on the "odds-on" favourites.
Every jockey's ride on an odds-on favourite since 1st
January 2000 has been collated and the results shown on a course-by-course
basis. The only qualifying condition is a minimum of five rides.
So what should you be looking for and how do you use the information. Well, basically, you are looking for a strong trend, either good or bad, because with the advent of betting exchanges you can now lay a horse to lose as well as backing one to win.
An example may be the best explanation. A McCoy is generally accepted to be the best National Hunt jockey about, certainly at the moment and possibly ever. Year in year out he rides more odds on favourites than any other National Hunt jockey. However, his record on individual course can vary greatly. At his best he is 19 wins from 21 rides for an over 90% strike rate. At his worst he is 1 win from 5 rides. Do you get the idea? Does backing him at the first course and laying him at the second sound like a good long term strategy?
That is the most important idea to take from this site. It is a long term strategy, anything can and usually does happen in an individual race, but these stats have been gathered over more than five years. No reasons are offered as to why a jockey has a good record at one course and a poor record at another, but you don't have to understand in order to profit. Let the trend be your friend.
Also, check oddsonadvice.com on a regular basis because there are lots of jockeys on four rides at most of the courses, so it just takes one more ride for their record to appear.
It takes less than sixty seconds before a race to check a jockey's course record. That is a worthwhile investment of time if it helps you improve your financial investment. It may or may not help you win money, but it could stop you losing as much!
Great care is taken in the production of these statistics, however, no responsibility or liability is accepted for their accuracy or for any decisions based on them. Ultimately all decisions are made by you and are totally your responsibility.
